Cedric Scheibel

Cedric Scheibel is a pianist, producer and DJ from Germany. After learning to play the piano in his early childhood he quickly developed his individual style, focusing on composition and improvisation.

His approach of musically reinterpreting modern songs on the piano quickly led him to his first live performances in the Stuttgart area. At that time, he also developed a passion for electronic music when he started DJing and soon after releasing his first track in collaboration with Mad Rodd, invitations to play in countless renowned clubs in south Germany followed promptly. On the piano, Scheibel dove deeper into composing and released his debut piano album „Klangfantasien“ by 2019. In early 2020, he launched a new electronic live set project in which he set out to merge the classiness of the piano with the zeitgeist of electronic music.

When the global covid-19 pandemic put a sudden stop to his live performances, he readjusted his focus on producing. On his journey through the different genres of electronic music he found his prevailing home in melodic techno and downtempo.
