Hervé Solar

Hervé Solar discovered electronic music in the 90s during a rave in Zurich. A revelation.

He immediately bought equipment and practiced for long hours with a few vinyls. At that time, he started mixing at parties and after-parties in Geneva and became a resident on Sunday evenings on Basic.ch, the first web radio in Switzerland dedicated to electronic music. After a few years, he put djing aside to finish his studies and build his life. It was during confinement that he resumed his passion and began streaming his DJ sets. The positive feedback encourages him to continue.

In 2022, he finds himself in the final of the Chocolate Festival DJ Contest and is then invited for the warm up of the following edition. He then decided to concentrate on production and this year signed his first track “Fast to Slow” on PokerFlat Records. Currently he is working with several producers and labels on different projects and remixes, oscillating between deep and tech house, which should be released very soon.
