Joseph Thompson

Joe has been collecting House Music since falling in love with the genre in 1988! Hailing from Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Predominantly a vinyl DJ, Joe moved with the times and into the realms of digital dj’ing around 2005.

He has played at major clubs along side some prominent DJ's in Watford, London, Leeds, Spain and Prague, with intimate gigs at various bars and clubs in his home town of Hitchin, Herts from 89 till now. Joe takes his musical influences from his Mother and Father and also listening to various different stiles of music growing up, some being amongst many other styles of music he loves and takes influence from are, 50's ad 60's rock 'n' roll, 70's pop, disco, ska, reagea, sphychodelic rock, soul, northern soul, and more.

Added to the mix he also presents his own radio show on Floradio, an internet based radio station based in Hitchin, with guest slots on other shows such as Beyond Control and The After Dark Essential Show, playing quality, underground House, Deep House, Tech House, Deep Minimal Tech, Techno and even dropping in some Acid House. Joe takes his musical influences from his Mother and Father and also listening to various different stiles of music growing up, some being amongst many other styles of music he loves and takes influence from are, 50's ad 60's rock 'n' roll, 70's pop, disco, ska, reagea, sphychodelic rock, soul, northern soul, and more.
