Zhapa Rodríguez is the mind behind NOID. Originally from México City, NOID is an eclectic project that combines different musical styles such as: Techno, Psychedelic, Progressive, with a Latin groovie touch and futuristic textures.

Digital Visual Artist and Musician since his beginnings, two artistic branches that are clearly represented in his way of creating music, the composition of specific themes in his tracks glimpsing the synesthesia is one of the characteristics in the creative process of NOID.

NOID released his first EP in Occulta Records: DIRTY TALKER (2020) and then his second EP: MELTING PIXEL ERROR (2023), quickly positioned on the top lists of the genre, Also releasing multiple tracks in different compilations on labels such as: Alpaka Muzik, Techgnosis Records, Sentimony Records, Digital Diamonds, Dense Nebula Recordings and many more.

He played at multiple festivals around the world such as:
DROPS FESTIVAL (Slovenia), 7 CHAKRAS (Italy), OMETEOTL (Mexico), COSMIC CONVERGENCE (Guatemala), MOONWALKERS (Spain), and more.

In a broad styles panorama, his music is an experimental fusion of sounds, adding diverse musically eclectic elements that range from Psychedelic, Progressive, Techno and Minimal to Break Beats, Glitch & IDM, always accompanied by his passion for Jazz, Funk and Latin rhythms.
