Upcoming : a four track release entitled Igray, via the Bulgarian born Selderv (now living in Denmark), and several collaborators across the EP. The title track is a powerful tool for the dancefloor - slick programming and oceans of atmosphere make this a stand out track on an EP full of moments. Label boss Steve Bug takes a swing at it with his remix, and delivers yet another masterclass in remixing - accentuating elements from the original to create a new vibe.

Dachshund's "Cosy Mess" EP showcases his signature sound, merging atmospheric tech-house with a rich vibe. The title track, "Cosy Mess," features an evolving, ethereal arpeggiated melody complemented by subtle synth stabs. "Lust" is another highlight, offering an entrancing journey with minor keys and immersive pads. Finally, "Hidden Echoes" concludes the EP with a tougher beat, dubby sounds, and sharply programmed drums, creating a captivating atmosphere. A must for house music enthusiasts!

still hot: Steve Bug & Huxley – L.O.V.E.

Label head Steve Bug returns to his enduring imprint, teaming up with Huxley, owner of No Idea's Original, for their latest release, "L.O.V.E." This track offers a quintessential upfront house music experience, featuring classic rave stabs, a timeless vocal sample, and lively drums—a surefire crowd-pleaser showcasing the producers' distinct talents. Adding to the excitement is a remix by Ammo Avenue, a Peruvian DJ and producer, reimagining the rhythm track with new sounds and FX. The remix preserves the original's rave-infused vibe while injecting a fresh perspective.

out now: Deeplomatik - Inside My Mind

Warsaw based DJ and producer Deeplomatik has been known on the underground circuit under numerous aliases for the past 20 years. This release showcases a deep knowledge and feeling for the deeper end of house, with the title track the perfect mix of chugging groove and tasteful chords. Dilby gives the track a different flavour with his rework, stipping it down to the elements and focussing in on the groove.

out now: Ostrich – Double Dribble

Montreal based DJ and producer Ostrich debuts on Sublease Music with a double a-side release. Ostrich has already carved a path as a DJ and producer, pushing a minimalistic sound that pulls from downtempo, dub, deep house and techno. Double Dribble, the title track provides an infectious bassline and airy pads floating on a super tight rhyhtm-section. London based James Dexter returns to Sub- lease for a stellar remix of Double Dribble. Synth-melodies and housey pads ride on a seriously heavy punching beat setting.

still hot: Ross Kiser - Catacombs

Ross Kiser steps up for Sublease Music with two new down-and-dirty tracks that reflect the maturing of his sound over the last few years. The US-based artist set out to make a darker, minimal EP highlighting synth work and textures to create groove and atmosphere, and succeeded completely, accompanied by a huge remix from Markus Homm.
