Harbour Agency is a Rotterdam Based Artist agency and management office. We work with international electronic music artists, whom are devoted to become the next rising talent of the scene. We focus on genres like melodic techno, techno, minimal, house.

Harbour Agency was founded in 2020, 2 months before covid hit the pause button for the music scene and the world. Since 2022, we started to focus and grow with our artists. By keeping close contact with our artists and really helping them with their career, we believe that our artists are the new talents. We work with artists and people who are passionate about music and love to devote their live to music. Our focus is to grow with our artists and be there with them in every step throughout their careers.

Harbour Agency was founded by his owner Jonathan Winkelhof, who used to be a DJ himself. But he believed his qualities lies within management and strategic thinking. Therefore he started his own agency and management office. He wants to focus and help the artists he believes should be the next headlining artist. He worked with artists before and started an agency while back, at the and of 2019 he decided to rebrand his agency into Harbour Agency. Focussing on big talents and artists who are ready to be an artist.
