Right on cue to get dance floors boiling this summer, Malandra punches in on Stil vor Talent with his piping hot debut effort, 'Abrakadabra' EP.

Mixing eastern music tropes with a no-nonsense club DNA to captivating effect, the Italian producer pulls out a pair of straight out fun and hypnotic heaters, fearlessly bridging the gap between folk-indebted motifs and EBM propulsion. All in blazing arpeggios and Dune-esque desert choirs, the title-track cuts a path of straight destruction with its heavy-duty bass onslaughts and Arabic-style synthwaves. All about creating the kind of momentum that unleashes pure energy and magic across the room, Malandra has us pumped up and ready for each bar of this Italo-inspired wild ride.

Winding it back to the 80s classic with a synth-heavy deluge of Moroder-ian disco arpeggios, 'Ghostbuster' is just pure retro-laced juice in a bottle. Cranking the Jupiter X and Korg Triton up to eleven, Malandra treats us to a steroid-fuelled workout of jacking rhythms and gym tonic-like pep talk.
