Bad Girls

Doche is the artist name of Hugo Doche, a multi-instrumentalist, producer and DJ from Belo Horizonte, an hour's flight north of Rio De Janiero in Brazil. Hugo is a graduate of the LA Music Academy.

His first releases (as Hugo Doche) focussed on Bass House, and scene-setting labels in that genre like Hexagon and Spinnin' snapped them up. As his tastes have evolved, he is moving into Disco and House and recording simply as Doche. "Bad Girls", as you might guess, is a cover of the Donna Summer song. This cover could be a tough listen in the wrong hands.

Still, Hugo's guitar and bass skills combine with a brilliant vocal from Seattle's Kria McKenzie and deliver the kind of shimmering disco delight you might hear from Purple Disco Machine - a classy party tune.
