Feel The Passion

Oscillate Records are pleased to announce the release of an original EP from the very talented DJ Linus. This man needs no introduction and has featured on some of the coolest labels around, including Crosstown Rebels, Blacksoul, Nordic Traxx and Go Diva. 'Feel The Passion' includes an original and two remixes from Company Is Family and Arron Hunter.

The Original introduces itself with infectious vocals, acute rhythmic patterns and overlaying high-hats, which are followed by uplifting synths and a killer bassline. The track storms into its breakdown until its lurking bassline and skilfully placed percussion creep back to whip the track into its full-bodied groove.

A more minimal and restrained approach is taken with the Company Is Family remix, with its deeper, subby bassline and overall hypnotic vibes. This remix cannot be ignored for the groove it possesses, whilst intricate drum work and prominent synths set the track apart from the title track.

The Arron Hunter remix is a deep, dubby and progressive interpretation. Softer snaps, deeper synths and repetitive rhythms make this track, although the more laidback of the three, a superb addition to a well-rounded EP.
