In The Air Tonight

One of the first things that hooked Kevin McKay into dance music was a mixtape he picked up from a DJ playing at the Sunrise parties around London. Phil Collins' "In The Air Tonight" was at the end of the mix, and he could imagine how incredible it would be to listen to it as the sun came up at the end of a night of ravey goodness.

As his productions dipped deeper into afro-house territory, he imagined how this iconic vocal would sound over a slow-burning percussive beat. Turns out it works a treat, and if you're into "Les Gout" or James Mac's "This Boy Is Mine", you'll love Kevin's version of this Balearic classic.
