Moon Harbour welcomes back regular label artist Melanie Ribbe for hot new single ‘Reflection.’

German-born but Jamaican-raised, Melanie Ribbe has a rich mixed heritage to draw on for her music. Those different cultures colour her grooves, as do memories of Caribbean beaches and the hypnotic magic of techno. She is no stranger to headline sets at clubs like Amnesia and, as a graduate of the London Academy of Music Production, has a real sense of style in her work, as this new single proves.

It is one which finds her laying down a warm and humid deep house vibe with real drive. An acid-tinged bassline sprays about the mix beneath razor-sharp drum programming and a sultry female vocal. The bounce is irresistible and the funk is subtle but compelling in this freshest of cuts.
