Insomnius Music would like to welcome Hamburg-based producer and DJ Goodfella to their artist roster with his first solo release ‘Sensei/Chaser’ on the label. Although he is not a new face in the drum & bass game, he is definitely an artist to watch – combining his jungle and techno roots with modern brilliance.

In ‘Sensei’, Goodfella’s monster bassline will blow you out of your comfort zone and make every single one of your nerves pulsate inside you. You’ll find yourself in a dark and unpredictable atmosphere, just like a Japanese horror movie. First comes silence, then fighting samurai usher you through a deep, uneasy night until darkness brightens into day again.

At last you have time to catch your breath and come back to yourself. Because your ‘Sensei’ has shown you the way, you now know where your journey will take you: Jump on your racecar and become the ‘Chaser’ on your city's highways. Chaser’s radical synth is your airstream as you travel through a futuristic urban environment – driven by modern drums and a rich bass foundation that presses your body into the seat.
