Sublease Music has only been in existence for 3 short years, but has carved out a specific niche for itself in the crowded world of house music. Steve Bug created the label as a conduit for some of the deeper dancefloor sounds he likes to represent, and the imprint has quickly established itself as a home for quality deep cuts that rock dancefloors.
Looking back on 2022, the label has backed some real winners - the thirteen tracks here are testament to the quality in the scene. Some standouts include a pair of tracks from Steve Kelley (Move Your Body and Paradise), Minus & Zianos’s bumping Devotion, (also with a Moodtrax remix) and equally stellar offerings from the likes of Gareth Cole, Frank Maurel, Mario Franca, Arkady Antsyrev, Dylan Griffin, Chad B and two versions of Bengoa’s Memories, Feelings - one by Steve Bug himself.
